On Easter Eve the kids were given magical beans. Jelly beans. It's tradition. This year they earned the beans by performing good deeds.
So late Saturday night, in the cold darkness, they planted the Jelly Bellys and hoped for the best.
This morning they woke up to find their "good deeds" had sprouted into something great. Great by way of a giant frog and huge butterfly sugar monstrosity.

This is how Thad chose to welcome Easter morning. I liked this better than the candy.

Ike was so excited to wear his first suit.

Um... Ike is sleeping. Or so he says.
Happy Easter!
