Tabby: Mom, can I wear my tiara to church today?
Me: What do you think?
Tabby: Well, Heavenly Father is a king. I am his daughter. So I am a princess.
Pause.
Tabby: Princesses wear tiaras. So, YES, I think I should wear the tiara to church.
How could I possibly argue with that?
Her logic was stellar, but not good enough to warrant wearing a plastic headband with fake brass beads and pink chiffon to primary.
